What is a Management Agreement?

A management agreement is a partnership between a landlord and a workspace operator. Instead of renting your space to us on a fixed lease, you stay the owner and we manage the workspace on your behalf.

Here’s what that means in practice:

  • You keep control of the asset – You’re not handing over your building.

  • We operate the space – We take care of everything: fit-out, sales, tenant support, maintenance, and more.

  • You enjoy profits above ERV – You receive the Lion's share of the revenue the space generates.

It’s a performance-based model. If the space does well, we both benefit. If occupancy dips, we share that impact too. That way, our goals are aligned—and we’re motivated to get the best possible results.
